3. Delivery Partner Responsibilities:

Hemito is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. While we guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the order date, the actual delivery time may vary based on the norms and processes of the delivery partner. The customer will get the product within 6-7 days

4. Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during the order placement is accurate and complete. Hemito will not be responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

5. Delivery Confirmation:

The delivery of all orders will be confirmed via email on the mail ID specified during registration. This confirmation will include details such as the tracking number, if applicable, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
